Instead of a Quote
There is so much I want to say, briefly and beautifully—about the paradoxical theory of change, about the complex architecture of the psyche where time and morality do not apply, about field theory, archetypes, and much more.
Yet everything we work with when we try to describe a person is just models—from neurobiology to the unconscious. A therapist can be a mirror or an equal partner. We can work with sand-tray, with dance, with dreams, with associations, with a group or a couple.
For each person, we choose what fits.
